We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Account Manager to join our NSW Merchant Sales team, based from our Prestons office and working across a defined territory. The role involves building strong relationships with merchant customers, driving sales growth and ensuring our market‑leading brands remain front of mind with trade and retail partners.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with merchant customers across NSW.
- Drive sales, margin and market share growth within your territory.
- Deliver product training, sales presentations and technical support.
- Identify opportunities, execute sales plans and provide market insights.




- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in account management or field sales.
- Solid customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a passion for winning new business.
- Experience in plumbing, building products, hardware or a related industry is highly regarded.
- Current driver’s licence required.
