What You’ll Do

This role will be split between our Surrey Hills and Mulgrave offices. You’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

- Work in both Surrey Hills and Mulgrave offices.
- Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
- Receive dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and multidisciplinary team support.

Qualifications

- Full AHPRA registration
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle
- NDIS check, Working with Children Check,



and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 1–4 years post‑grad experience
