Busways is hiring Full‑time Permanent Bus Drivers. The role involves operating buses on a split‑shift schedule across multiple Western Sydney and regional NSW routes.

What You’ll Do

- Drive buses between depots ensuring timely, secure service for passengers.
- Work split shifts: morning (6:00‑10:00) and afternoon (2:00‑6:00). Straight shifts may be available at varied times.
- Assist with pre‑departure safety checks and support passenger needs.

Compensation & Pay

- Permanent pay: $33.58 per hour Weekday (with schedule‑dependent loadings). $50.37 on Saturdays, $67.17 on Sundays, $83.96 on public holidays.
- $19.48 attendance allowance paid daily.
- Up to $6,000 sign‑on bonus (T&Cs; apply).

Eligibility & Requirements

- Current valid Medium Rigid or higher driver’s licence.

- Current NSW Driver Authority is highly desired (or willingness to obtain).
