As our HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Production and head office to achieve and maintain safe and aligned working systems
- Facilitating compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 within legislative guidelines
- Facilitating management system reviews and maintaining all documents and records
- Coordinating mid-level meetings to address escalated health, safety, environmental and quality issues
- Driving efficiency and quality improvements on the workshop floor
- Maintaining the Risk Register and managing risks effectively
- Conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, and overseeing corrective/preventative action
- Leading Annual Quality Management System reviews and presenting findings
- Reporting on continuous improvement targets to senior management on monthly basis
- Collaborating with Human Resources on legislative policy and procedure updates
About You:
- Experience (minimum 3 years) in a HSEQ role within a manufacturing setting is desirable
- Tertiary qualification (Degree or TAFE) in a relevant discipline
- Proficiency in recognised HSEQ standards (for example, AS/NZS ISO 9001, and AS5131 CC3 Certification).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
