Evolution Mining is seeking a Safety, Systems & Compliance Team Leader for Northparkes Operations. You will lead the safety systems, processes and people to keep our workforce safe and operations compliant, mentoring a team and driving continuous improvement in HSE management.

Based at Northparkes, you’ll influence leaders to proactively identify and reduce risk, ensure consistent HSE system implementation, and provide practical guidance to project teams for secure, productive outcomes.
