Roster Coordinator – Part Time (30 hours per week) | Hamilton NSW

We’re looking for an organised Roster Coordinator to join our growing team at Real Care Given Disability Service .

About the role:

- Part-time : 30 hours per week across 5 days
- 1 flexible work-from-home day per week
- Phone allowance included

As our Roster Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations — ensuring participants receive consistent,



reliable support and our team of workers are scheduled efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and maintain rosters for support workers and participants
- Respond to shift changes, cancellations, and urgent scheduling needs
- Communicate clearly with staff, participants, and families
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure quality and continuity of care

You’ll bring:

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or admin (disability or care sector preferred)
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for people
