Requirements

- Advanced CAD/CAM design and digital workflow expertise (exocAD or equivalent)
- Proficiency in porcelain layering, digital techniques, and lifelike results
- Experience finishing, staining,



and glazing e.max and zirconia restorations with a keen artistic eye
- Ability to manage complex prosthodontic and implant cases, including All‑on‑4 and digital workflows
- Commitment to maintaining the highest laboratory quality control standards
- Collaboration with clinicians and coordinators to achieve seamless outcomes
- Continuous learning and innovation in dental ceramics and digital processes
