The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a diligent 1st or 2nd year Lawyer to join our property team in our Liverpool office. The candidate has a keen interest in this area of law and opportunities for progression within our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Partners/Lawyers with managing purchase/sale matters from engagement to settlement
- Work on corporate and domestic conveyancing matters
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents and other law firms regarding negotiation,



exchange and settlement
- Prepare handover memos to the conveyancer handling the matter
- Draft ancillary property documents under the supervision of the Partner/Lawyer
- Draft Contract Special Conditions under the supervision of the Partner/Lawyer
- Draft appropriate Deeds under the supervision of the Partner/Lawyer
- Draft relevant licenses, lease backs and other relevant documents

Base Pay Range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr
