Lawyer (Associate & Senior Associate) – Projects, Energy and Infrastructure

Exciting opportunity to join a top-ranked Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice in Brisbane.

There is an opportunity for both an Associate and Senior Associate to join this high-performing team.

Position Description

In this role, you will:

- Advise on the procurement, delivery, and operation of major infrastructure and energy projects
- Support clients with strategic procurement processes, tender design, and bid support
- Advise on M&A;, joint ventures, divestments, and project structuring in the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Draft and negotiate project agreements, including EPCs, operations and maintenance contracts, and innovative delivery models
- Act on high-value government transactions, asset sales, restructures, and broader advisory work
- Work with a diverse client base including investors, developers, financiers, and government





Key Requirements

- 2–7 years' PAE in projects, energy, construction, or infrastructure law
- Strong experience in front-end projects, procurement, or project finance
- Excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage complex transactions
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with major clients
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, collaborative environment
