Location : Blackwater Area | Contract : 18 Month Fixed Term | Immediate Start Available

Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team for an 18 month fixed-term contract in the Blackwater Area. This role is based on-site, with meals and accommodation provided , and offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule (38 hours per week) , with potential overtime when required.

About the Role

As a Project Manager – Field Maintenance , you will:

- Lead and manage the project team, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards .
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including formal contract documentation, schedules, budget tracking and performance reporting.
- Manage, motivate, and coordinate team members to achieve project success.
- Ensure strict adherence to commercial contracts, engineering standards, and safety regulations .




- Provide mentorship and coaching to support continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidates

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Mechanical or Electrical trade background .
- Dragline Experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- The ability to build scope of works from tender documentation.
- Proven experience delivering medium and large-scale projects .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project .
- Robust leadership, time management, and communication skills .
- A commitment to safety and continuous improvement .
