We’re looking for a Risk Analyst to join a growing, supportive, and cutting-edge team in the insurance industry. If you have 2 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or quality assurance role within insurance or financial services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Enhance Risk & Compliance: Play a key role in managing risk across home insurance products , ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including expert knowledge of CPS 230 .
- Lead and Facilitate: Enhance internal risk controls, detection mechanisms and response capabilities across Products and Claims & Assessing function .
- Improve Internal Controls: Work closely with the Quality Assurance function to improve risk detection, response capabilities, and control environments.
- Collaborate & Engage: Use your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on risk and compliance matters.

What We’re Looking For:





- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within insurance or financial services .
- Expert knowledge of CPS 230 and understanding of regulatory compliance obligations .
- Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, and the ability to manage internal relations effectively.
- A passion for risk management , quality assurance , and home insurance products .
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing valuable insights.
