We are recruiting permanent Conveyancing Lawyers and Conveyancing Paralegals for a well‑established law firm recognised for its residential and commercial property transactions.

Conveyancing Lawyers (1‑5+ PAE)

Key Responsibilities

- You will manage a varied and high‑volume caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from file opening through to settlement.
- Experience in running conveyancing files from A‑Z.
- Provide off‑the‑plan contract advice.
- Experience with drafting Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement.
- The ability to supervise and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail while having a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional client focus, ensuring everyone is provided with a professional service.
- The ability to draft and amend correspondence and documents.
- Diary management skills.
- A qualified manner and appearance.
- Excellent people skills as you will have direct client contact.
- Fast, accurate typing skills and dictation experience.

About You

- Admitted legal practitioner in Australia.




- 1‑5+ years’ post‑admission experience in conveyancing/property law.
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage files independently.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.

Conveyancing Paralegals

Key Responsibilities

- You will support our property team in the preparation and progression of conveyancing matters.
- Preparing contracts and transfer documentation.
- Conducting title and property searches.
- Liaising with clients and third parties.
- File management and settlement preparation.
- Assisting lawyers with conveyancing matters.

About You

- Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in conveyancing.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with PEXA and electronic settlements.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience

Min 3 years of experience working within conveyancing as a paralegal or a lawyer.
