Electrical Service Technician

As an Electrical Service Technician based at our state‑of‑the‑art automated picking solutions site in Moorebank, Sydney, you will support the reliability and performance of a highly advanced Automated Material Handling System.

Working on a rotating 24/7 roster, you’ll be part of a collaborative, fast‑growing technical team maintaining cutting‑edge automation technology in a permanent, full‑time role.

Responsibilities

- Maintain, modify, and repair electrical, instrumentation, control, and mechanical systems across the site
- Respond promptly to service requests and reactive calls to minimise downtime and maintain productivity
- Act as a key technical contact during incidents, supporting internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate faults and proactively address issues before they escalate
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance, incident, and system performance records
- Follow and promote all health, safety, and compliance requirements, including PPE and LOTO procedures
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and high service quality

Qualifications

- A‑Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)
- Experience performing service and maintenance activities in industrial or automated environments




- Familiarity with PLC control systems and industrial networks (desirable)
- Previous experience with automated material handling systems or ASRS is highly regarded
- A methodical, structured approach to troubleshooting and workflow execution
- Flexibility and willingness to work rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts
