The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be hands‑on with client work while leading and mentoring a motivated group of accountants.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

- Oversee the compliance needs of a portfolio of active business clients
- Manage client engagements and deliver practical, commercial advice
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and keep productivity on track
- Mentor and support junior team members

A Little About You

- 5+ years’ experience in Business Services / Tax
- Prior experience managing clients and junior staff members (preferred)
- CA/CPA qualifications completed or nearing completion
- Commercial problem‑solving ability with a proactive mindset
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation law, compliance, and accounting standards
- Solid understanding of business structuring and tax planning (advantageous)
