They are seeking a polished and proactive Client Relationship Manager to nurture and grow relationships with their valued client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building connections, providing solutions, and ensuring clients feel genuinely supported. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and a passionate internal team, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through trust and communication
- Identify opportunities to add value and ensure client needs are proactively met
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
- Represent the business at client functions, events, and networking opportunities

About You:

You’ll be an engaging communicator with a natural ability to build rapport, backed by strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

You will bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in client relationship management, account management, or a client-facing role




- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational ability with a focus on detail and follow-through
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and develop opportunities
- A collaborative, team-first approach with a genuine client-care ethos

Please note: This is a full time, in-office role based Monday to Friday. Australian Citizenship or PR is required.
