The Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Immigration Lawyer to join our Sydney office starting from October 2025 . The ideal candidate will bring a client-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

You will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of immigration law, from employer-sponsored visas to complex tribunal matters. You will also collaborate with our Accredited Specialists and a highly skilled senior immigration lawyer , ensuring that your growth and development in this field are second to none.

What You’ll Do

- Work closely with a senior immigration lawyer, learning firsthand how to handle challenging and high-value cases.
- Assist with typical transactional cases tocomplex visa applications,appeals,ministerial intervention requests, and other strategic immigration matters.
- Preparesubmissions, legal arguments, and supporting documentationfor clients.
- Attendhearings, client meetings, and consultations, gaining exposure to a wide variety of cases.
- Conductlegal researchand stay updated on Australian immigration law and policy changes.
- Develop strongclient relationships, providing skilled and empathetic legal assistance.
- Be part of a collaborative team that values knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and high performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Candidates who have completed their legal studies and are ready to take on a full-time legal role from October 2025 are preferred.




- Candidates with experience in Australian immigration law is preferred.
- Must have full work rights if a temporary visa holder. We may offer employer sponsorship.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to work in afast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple cases simultaneously.
- A passion forimmigration lawand agenuine commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Keen attention to detailand the ability to work independently while receiving mentorship.
- Sydney-based candidates only — Full-time remote work is not offered for this role.
