About the Role

As a Shift Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of security services to meet our client’s needs while ensuring the team operates in alignment with Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

This role operates on a rotational roster, including both day and night shifts (0600-1800, 1800-0600).
Location: Alexandria, NSW.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising, leading, and coordinating the security team on shift.




- Ensuring strict adherence to all security policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Conducting audits and inspections to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Overseeing access management and security screening processes.
- Providing transparent and timely communication with client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Preparing detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring

- A current NSW Security License with Control Room Activity certification.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate, including:
- HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID010 – Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

- At least five years of experience in the security industry, with prior supervisory experience highly desirable.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- A proven track record of punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism.
