We're looking for a Pharmacy Education Manager to join our Consumer Business Unit, based in North Sydney. This role will lead our healthcare professional education strategy across Australia and New Zealand, helping position Galderma as a trusted scientific partner in dermatological skincare. You'll work across marketing, commercial and medical teams to build education programs that strengthen engagement and recommendation with dermatologists, pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the HCP education strategy across Galderma's ANZ consumer brands, identifying opportunities to grow engagement, recommendation and support new launches.

- Develop compelling detailing, education and training materials for dermatologists, pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

- Partner with marketing, commercial and medical teams to deliver integrated HCP programs aligned to brand and business priorities.

- Translate annual brand plans into practical HCP and customer activation, including masterclasses, training events and tailored customer programs.

- Lead and evolve HCP training platforms, including iTherapeutics, and support digital strategies that expand Galderma's reach with healthcare professionals.

- Build an annual training calendar and deliver training for internal Consumer teams, customers and HCP audiences.

- Work with Medical Affairs to build and nurture KOL relationships that support scientific engagement and recommendation of Galderma Consumer brands.

- Support customer presentations, category initiatives and relevant product publications, bringing strong scientific and commercial thinking together.

Ideally you will have

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, ideally Pharmacy.





- At least 5 years' relevant experience, with a science-based marketing, pharmacy education, HCP engagement or training background highly regarded.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage a range of audiences from pharmacy teams to senior healthcare professionals.

- A commercial mindset and the ability to turn scientific information into practical education that supports customer and brand outcomes.

- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, medical and external partners.

- Experience with digital HCP education or engagement platforms would be an advantage.

- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or business qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Flexibility to travel interstate in line with the HCP training and events calendar.
