F&I; Business Manager

Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will partner with a high-performing sales team to drive our commitment to Complete Customer Satisfaction. You will play a key role in delivering tailored financial and insurance solutions, while building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

- Proactively introduce and promote finance and insurance products to customers
- Explore all available lending options to secure the most suitable financial solutions
- Prepare and submit finance applications, liaising with lenders to achieve timely approvals
- Ensure the profitable sale of finance, insurance, and extended warranty products
- Support, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business





Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in a similar F&I; role within the automotive industry
- Accreditation and strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A results-driven mindset with strong KPI focus
- High levels of motivation, professionalism, and customer commitment
