Are you an architectural leader who loves staying close to the code? We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect & Delivery Engineer to spearhead the design and end-to-end technical delivery of our Operational Monitoring System and integrated Context Store.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind a low‑latency, real‑time transactional monitoring engine, balancing high‑level design with hands‑on core engineering. You will have final design authority over this domain, collaborating with peer technical leaders to ensure seamless platform integration and strict compliance with data‑confidentiality standards.

The Challenge You'll Solve

Modern operational monitoring requires more than just processing structured data. You will architect a cutting‑edge, dual‑layer evaluation pipeline capable of combining rigid deterministic rules with Large Language Model (LLM) semantic analysis to parse unstructured data like chats, emails, and documents. Your goal is to build an environment where real‑time alerts, immutable audit logs, and high‑integrity data products flow seamlessly from complex business events.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

- Architect & Co-Design: Design a low‑latency, rules‑based transactional engine and a high‑integrity Context Store to map organizational entities, employees, and workflows.
- Build AI‑Driven Pipelines: Create a hybrid evaluation pipeline fusing rigid business rules with LLM semantic analysis for unstructured data.
- Write Core Code: Act as a hands‑on engineer, authoring critical algorithms, core code, and foundational infrastructure blueprints.
- Govern Interfaces: Jointly define and govern the integration contracts, API schemas,



and boundaries between the Context Store and the broader Business Services Platform (BSP).
- Establish Data Ingestion: Establish event‑driven ingestion patterns to efficiently consume streaming events from the BSP.
- Lead & Oversight: Delegate specific engineering tasks to trusted team members, establishing transparent acceptance criteria and conducting rigorous code reviews to enforce security and performance.
- Secure the System: Build standard schemas for immutable audit logs, precisely tracking rule triggers, author IDs, and ISO timestamps.

What you bring (Required Skills & Experience)

- Advanced Solution Architecture: Proven track record of designing high‑integrity technical architectures, database schemas, and data pipelines.
- LLM Integration Patterns: Deep experience incorporating Large Language Models for semantic analysis on unstructured data sets.
- Event‑Driven & Low‑Latency Expertise: Successfully built rules‑based transactional engines and event‑driven ingestion systems.
- Hands‑on Technical Leadership: Equally comfortable writing foundational infrastructure blueprints and managing engineering task delegation.
- Rigorous Quality Governance: Experience conducting strict code reviews and architectural audits to enforce commercial confidentiality and security.
- Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in structured co‑design environments, co‑authoring API specifications and interface contracts with peer leaders.
