This role is perfect for someone who knows how to turn social media into real business growth not just likes and followers. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of building, scaling and growing brands through social media, paid advertising and digital strategy.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing and executing innovative social media and digital marketing strategies
- Managing paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI, ROAS and customer acquisition
- Driving audience growth, engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms
- Creating campaigns that convert and generate measurable business outcomes
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-performing content and campaigns

We're looking for experience in:

- Scaling brands and businesses through social and digital strategy
- Driving customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth
- Managing and optimising high-performing Meta Ads and paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Growing social media accounts, audiences and online communities




- Demonstrating measurable business growth through campaign performance and analyticsCreating content strategies that drive engagement, conversions and ROI
- Leveraging data, audience insights, A/B testing and optimisation strategies to maximise performance
