About This Team
As an inspirational leader of the community team, you’ll create word‑of‑mouth excitement and grow the lululemon collective by sharing our best world‑class technical products with key fitness and lifestyle influencers, media, and local partners. The team drives local strategy and builds a plan comprising broad and deep tactics to accelerate growth and long‑term brand love. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to create and execute dynamic brand events and experiences.
Core Responsibilities
The Aus/NZ Event Manager will bring the lululemon brand to life through world‑class events. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of events, leading and consulting a team of specialist coordinators and contractors, setting vision and strategy, and supporting a five‑year plan. This role requires exceptional project management, event execution, and cross‑functional enrollment skills, with a focus on communication, organization, and leadership.
- Create the vision and strategy for Events and Experiences across the Australian & New Zealand business
- Design experiential concepts and tactics that deliver on brand objectives
- Serve as the company expert in all aspects of event planning, execution, and reconciliation
- Project‑manage, lead, and execute large‑scale events across Australian & New Zealand
- Inspire, enroll,
and coach cross‑functional teams on event execution across the Australian & New Zealand business
- Manage relationships with event agencies, third‑party suppliers, vendors, and contractors
- Develop an integrated marketing strategy in partnership with the Brand team for brand experiences and projects as required
- Strategize and work with digital teams to activate experiences that connect in‑store and digital experiences to advance omni experience for guests
- Accountable for the budget, KPIs, and event analysis and reconciliation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experiential marketing experience and a Bachelor of Business – Event Management
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with key decision‑makers in a complex matrix environment
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams
- Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results through execution
- Self‑motivated yet thrives in collaboration and teamwork
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to pivot, work across events and audiences, and manage shifting priorities
- Passion for leading teams to create world‑class guest experiences
- Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Track record of delivering branded events from start to finish on time and within budget
- Organized, responsible,

Work Arrangement
In‑person collaboration and office‑based work are necessary. Work is primarily performed onsite, 4–5 days per week depending on role requirements.
