About the Prospect

The London Wellness Academy (LWA) is recruiting passionate Japanese talent to live, work, and travel the world onboard some of the world's most luxurious cruise ships. If you have the technical foundation, we will provide you with world‑class, fully‑funded training in London to prepare you for a high‑earning, unforgettable career at sea.

- Beauty Therapists (Facials and skincare)
- Massage Therapists (Swedish massage & body treatments)
- Nail Technicians (Manicures, pedicures, gel/acrylic extensions)
- Hairdressers & Barbers (Styling, cutting, colouring, grooming)
- Fitness Instructors / Personal Trainers (PT sessions & group classes)

- Fully Funded Training : LWA covers your training fees, international flights, and medical exams.
- Free Room & Board : Your onboard accommodation and meals are 100% provided—allowing you to save virtually everything you earn.
- Flexible Contract Paths :
- First Contract: Standard 9‑month global contract to gain experience.
- Subsequent Contracts: Choose between a 9‑month international itinerary or a shorter 5‑month contract exclusive to Japanese ships.

- End of Contract Bonus : A $1,000 USD bonus (pro‑rated based on contract type).
- Visa Support : C1/D visa costs are fully recuperated/reimbursed once you embark on the ship.

Compensation

- Guaranteed Minimum : $800 USD per month baseline (even during low‑service weeks).
- Earning Range : $800 – $4,000+ USD per month, driven by an uncapped commission structure, service fees, and gratuities. Your earning potential is entirely in your hands!

Basic Requirements





- Must be a qualified professional in your respective field (Certificates/Diplomas required).
- Conversational English : You do not need to be perfectly fluent! If you can understand basic instructions and enthusiastically communicate with guests, our academy will help build your professional English vocabulary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for a passport/C1/D visa.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

- 研修費全額負担（研修費用・国際航空券・健康診断費用）
- 住居・食事完全無料（船内の居住スペースおよび食事を無償提供）
- 柔軟な契約制度
- 初回契約：標準9か月契約（国際航路）
- 2回目以降の契約：9か月の国際航路契約または日本発着船限定の5か月契約

- ビザ取得サポート：C1/Dビザ取得費用は乗船後に全額返金

Qualifications
