Reckitt is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Associate. The role sits at the core of our innovation process, ensuring that product developments meet global regulatory requirements with precision. The Associate will create comprehensive dossiers critical for product registrations and navigate the regulatory landscape to deliver products that enrich lives every day.

Responsibilities

- Develop and assemble regulatory dossiers for recent product launches.
- Manage dossier submission and product lifecycle across global markets.
- Review and author high‑quality regulatory documents.
- Deliver consistently under pressure while maintaining cost, time and quality standards.
- Apply knowledge of EU medical device regulations (MDR) and US 510(k) where relevant.
- Build partnerships, propose process improvements and promote commercial awareness.
- Embrace change and set clear objectives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Degree in a scientific field with a robust understanding of global regulatory environments impacting consumer products.
- Experience in dossier creation, submission and product lifecycle management.
- Track record of reviewing and authoring high‑quality documents.
- Ability to deliver consistently under pressure, adhering to cost, time and quality standards.




- Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements (MDR, 510(k)) is beneficial.
- Commercially aware with skills in building partnerships and improving business processes.
- Adaptability, objective setting and an enthusiasm for change.
