About the Role

We’re looking for engaging and enthusiastic team members to join our Skechers teams during the holiday season. The role provides excellent customer service in stores and sells our premium products.

- Work among premium products alongside fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheads.

Responsibilities





- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Process large volumes of stock.
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders.
- Assist in maintaining in‑store operations, including housekeeping, VM & cleaning required.
- Maintain a positive “CAN DO” attitude at all times to sell to our customers.

Requirements

- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
- The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team workplace.
- Self‑motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPI’s.
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
