HTN - Hospitality Training Network is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join their team at the Royal Randwick Racecourse. This full time position offers the chance to earn a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while receiving a full wage during training.
As an Apprentice Chef, you will assist in cooking and serving dishes, learn various kitchen techniques, and have exposure to large-scale events. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food and effective communication skills.
