You’ll work with high-net-worth clients on complex matters that hone your expertise and keep the work engaging.

You can focus purely on planning and administration or bring in litigation too, depending on your strengths and interests.

You’ll handle everything from drafting wills and setting up trusts to guiding executors and resolving family disputes.





What you’ll do

Draft legal documents that protect families and secure legacies, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Advise clients on estate planning, capacity and tax strategies, helping them prepare for the future with confidence. Manage estate administration, including probate, asset valuation and inheritance distribution, ensuring a smooth legal process for grieving families. Handle disputes and litigation, contesting or defending wills, resolving executor disagreements, and protecting vulnerable beneficiaries.

What you’ll need

- At least 3 years post-admission experience we can also consider Senior Associate or higher levels
- Strong skills in both estate planning and administration, with litigation experience as a bonus
