Mount Isa Mines is seeking a qualified Fitter to support the Copper Smelter maintenance team in Mount Isa, QLD. You will work a Monday to Friday roster, on a 48-hour week, and report to the Supervisor - Mechanical Maintenance. This role is residentially based in Mount Isa.

Responsibilities include repair and maintenance of fixed plant, safety-focused work, and contributing to maintenance schedules. A solid background in mining or heavy industry is highly regarded.
