MannaCare is seeking a proactive WHS Lead to drive a robust, organisation-wide Work Health & Safety framework across our aged care services in Manningham. The role is permanent full time and involves building a positive safety culture, strengthening compliance, and supporting the wellbeing of staff, residents, contractors and visitors.

You will implement WHS systems, conduct site inspections, deliver training, develop SWPs and risk assessments, and lead audits while coordinating with WorkCover
