We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Manager to join our team at MG & GWM Gold Coast.

Role

- Provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure sales activities align with our business plan.
- Monitor and evaluate sales revenue, margins and expense performance to maintain profit goals and initiate corrective action.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty and support, including maintaining existing clients and canvassing prospective current business.
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time.
- Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements.
- Control and reconcile cash sales daily.
- Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the department requirements, ensuring stock is readily available without carrying excessive inventory.
- Regularly report sales performance against targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with the Service Manager.

About You

- Strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability.
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Career minded with a "Can Do" attitude.
- Flexible and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and helpful.
- Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues.

- Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role with leadership responsibilities is essential.
