Role Details

- Position: School Cleaner
- Location: Coomera Rivers State School, QLD
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: From $33.85 per hour + penalties and super
- Contract: Casual

Robust performance may lead to ongoing opportunities, including potential pathways to permanent employment with the Department of Education.

Shifts Available Monday To Friday

- Morning 4:00AM - 7:00AM
- Afternoon 3:00PM - 6:00PM

What You'll Be Doing

- Clean classrooms, offices and shared areas
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and restock bathrooms
- Sanitise desks and high-touch surfaces
- Follow cleaning procedures and site safety requirements

What You'll Need

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Live in the Gold Coast area
- Valid Blue Card
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
- Ability to perform all physical cleaning duties




- Ability to pass a medical assessment and drug and alcohol screening
