The Law Society of Recent South Wales invites applications for a Trust Investigator to lead complex investigations into law practices and practitioners under the Uniform Law. You will deliver high-level investigative reports capable of tribunal scrutiny and work with senior stakeholders across NSW.
You will identify evidence, conduct trend analysis, and represent the Society at tribunal hearings. A tertiary qualification in commerce or accounting, plus CA/CPA membership, is essential.
