About this Opportunity

ICC Sydney are looking for a world-class Event Manager to join our high performing Event Planning team, where youwill play a vital role leading high-profile events with the support ofthe wider Event Delivery team. This role is responsible forcoordinating and executing a range of events and assist with the service of ICCSydney clients in the event planning process.

This role will be required to work 22.8 hours per week; however, we knowpart-time work means something different to everyone. We’d love to hear what thismeans to you.

This is an chance to be part of a highperforming team who oversee the delivery of over 700 events a year. If you loveevent planning, event logistics, people, thrive in a high energy fast-pastedenvironment, have a keen eye for detail and a passion for events, then thisrole might be for you!





We are looking for a person who will bring theirextensive events experience and their passion for providing luxury service to alarge-scale venue. An individual with the capabilities to both lead and workharmoniously as part of a larger team to deliver extraordinary events at ICCSydney. An operational mind, a natural problem solver, the ability to think onyour feet, safety focused, self-driven, positive, resilient with strongcustomer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to establishgood working relationships are essential to succeed in this role.

In addition to this, you will also:

- Coordinate and execute events in conjunction with the broader Event Services team ensuring consistency and timely delivery that follows ICC Sydney policies, procedures and standards.
- Identify and communicate the needs of the customer to other internal departments to ensure proper service throughout the Centre’s operation for assigned groups.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new innovations, improvements to processes, and improvements and upgrades to existing ICC Sydney products and services.
