Job Description Summary
The Business Process & Documentation Specialist is responsible for the development, standardisation, governance and continuous improvement of ODM business processes, documentation, collateral and knowledge assets.
About the Role
The Business Process & Documentation Specialist is responsible for the development, standardisation, governance and continuous improvement of ODM business processes, documentation, collateral and knowledge assets. The role supports the PMO Program Manager by creating, maintaining and improving process documentation, workflow maps, standard operating procedures, governance artefacts and controlled business documentation. The role acts as a custodian of ODM documentation standards and document control practices, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, current, version‑controlled and aligned to business requirements. The position also manages the coordination of CMDU and ODM collateral, including design coordination, production, ordering, inventory management,
distribution and lifecycle management of approved materials. Working with operational teams, SMEs, PMO, compliance and leadership stakeholders, the role converts operational knowledge into professional, standardised and user‑friendly documentation that supports quality, consistency, compliance and scalable delivery.
