Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort within the Minor Hotels group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to drive corporate and group revenue in the Hunter Valley. You will identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and lead proposals to secure conferences, retreats, and events.

You will collaborate with Events, Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while growing key accounts and expanding market share.
