Full-Time Occupational Therapist - Northern Sydney

Your In-Home Rehab is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive community allied health team in Northern Sydney.

In this mobile role, you will work with aged care clients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence, safety and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting in-home occupational therapy and functional assessments
- Developing individualised treatment and support plans
- Assessing mobility, safety and daily living needs
- Recommending assistive equipment, mobility aids and home modifications
- Providing falls-prevention, rehabilitation and independence-building strategies
- Educating clients, families and carers
- Liaising with care managers and other health professionals
- Completing clinical notes, reports and recommendations accurately and on time
- Travelling to clients across the Northern Sydney service area
