Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our 4-Year-Old Kindergarten room.

Working alongside our Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a secure, engaging and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of a high-quality play-based educational program.
- Creating welcoming indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity and curiosity.
- Building warm, respectful and trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues and allied professionals.




- Observing children's learning and contributing to documentation, reflections and program planning.
- Promoting inclusive practices that recognise and celebrate the diversity, strengths and abilities of every child and family.
- Supporting the embedding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout the curriculum.
- Maintaining a safe, healthy and child-safe environment through active supervision and responsive interactions.
- Working in accordance with the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards, service policies and the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics.
- Contributing to the implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan and ongoing reflective practice.
- Sharing responsibility for maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming learning environment.
