Job title: Specialist CI Engineer

Geographical scope: Thailand

Reports to: Manager, CI Engineer

Location: Gemopolis, Lamphun

Department & team: PRD/PE/CI Engineer

Main purpose of the role: In the role of looking for, analyzing and testing, and implementing into practice new materials, techniques, and method as well as new technologies to enhance production and meet plant KPIs. Furthermore, consistently utilizing technical and engineering skills in the workplace.

Key accountabilities

- Strategic results

- Understanding and received policies from management to comply with the strategy to deliver key functional objectives in alignment
- Create and Execution project to deliver Plant/Company KPI ( Productivity , Cost ,Quality, FROT , Lead time).
- Understanding current and new machine performance/specification for enhancement/development/improvement.

- Best-in-class manufacturing

- Received polices to continue producing best-in-class jewelry and implement best practices to ensure consistency across production units.
- New initiative process / Tooling for deliver Plant /company KPI.
- Monitor and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability.
- Investigate, recommend and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods and equipment to meet competitive business needs and improve efficiencies.




- Create and sustain the optimize layout and workflow for expand capacity/ capability.
- Support testing and provide technical information to related team for alternative sources both material per assigned.
- Applying Lean Six Sigma(LSS) knowledge in the project(s).
- Create and define new working procedure, key process control.

- Support manager and deliver the best of PANDORA, innovate & adopt new manufacturing techniques and stay true to design objectives.

- Ensure low production cost, on-time delivery, and high production quality.
- Project management and budget control of each project.

- Coordinate with key person of each section to participate and support project activities.
- Interpersonal skill set to coordinate with many types of people to achieve target.
- Work with vendors and internal resources to determine product specifications and arranges for purchase and installation of equipment, materials or parts for new products.

Candidate Description

Educational background:ระดับการศึกษา

Graduated bachelor's degree or higher

Field of study:Preferred education) สาขาที่จบการศึกษา

Engineering or related field.

Pivotal and skilled qualifications

- At least 2-3Year experience in Continuous Improvement
- Project management and Budget control
- Good problem solving, analytical thinking and project management
- Good coordination and communication skill
- Green belt certify is preferred
- Able work well under high pressure within limited timeline
- For plating plant, require experienced in chemical or electroplating.
