This Territory Manager opportunity offers the chance to partner with aged care providers across Victoria, helping clinicians deliver better outcomes through evidence-based wound care products. Working across residential aged care, community providers and key distributors, you'll combine relationship building, clinical education and strategic account management in a growing market.

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their Victorian team and is recruiting a second Territory Manager. Working alongside an existing Territory Manager, you'll be supported by an experienced leader who previously managed this territory herself and understands what it takes to be successful.

What the role is about:

- Manage a diverse territory across Melbourne's western suburbs and regional Victoria.
- Partner with residential aged care facilities, corporate head offices and distributors to grow market share.
- Represent a globally recognised healthcare company with a clinically respected wound care portfolio.
- Deliver a mix of clinical education, account management and strategic business development.

What we're looking for:

- Clinical experience is a must:



nurse, podiatrist or other related experience with a strong understanding of wounds, skin and healing.
- Solid relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage long sales cycles and identify growth opportunities.
- Organised, proactive and confident using CRM systems to manage your territory.
- Someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
