Lead Safety Excellence at One of Regional Australia’s Most Respected Manufacturers

We’re looking for ahands-on, practical WHSE Leader to drive our safety, wellbeing, and environmental systems at ourDubbo production site .This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced safety skilled who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment — and wants to lead meaningful change within a supportive, people-first culture.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and continuously improve WHSE policies, systems, and culture across the site.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance and HR to ensure risk is well-managed and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate the Risk Committee, manage incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and emergency-response drills.
- Maintain training, licence and return-to-work programs.
- Keep our safety visuals sharp — signage,



line-marking and safety zones that speak to our standards every day.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience inWHS, Risk or Compliance in manufacturing, logistics or industrial settings.
- Qualifications inWork Health & Safety or Environmental Management (Cert IV / Diploma).
- A proactive, practical mindset and strong understanding of WHS legislation.
- Clear communication, coaching and leadership skills — you know how to engage people, not just enforce rules.
- A passion for continuous improvement and teamwork.
