The Role – Advice Associate

We’re looking for an Advice Associate who loves detail, enjoys problem‑solving, and gets satisfaction from knowing their work makes a real difference to clients’ lives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Financial Advisers and wider team to help create high-quality advice that clients genuinely understand and feel good about.

You’ll be involved in everything from preparing advice documents to researching strategies, and ensuring everything we deliver meets our high compliance standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Preparing and reviewing SOAs, ROAs, and supporting advice documents
- Researching financial products and strategies




- Supporting advisers in and around their client meetings.
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Ensuring all advice meets compliance and regulatory standards
- Helping deliver a friendly, positive, and memorable client experience
- Working closely with a fun, supportive team that values contribution and initiative

About You

You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what helps you thrive in this role:

- Experience in financial services or advisory support (preferred)
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to the implementation of advice
- Ability to navigate financial software and learn new systems quickly
- A positive attitude and a collaborative working style
- Initiative, great organization skills, and a willingness to grow
- Someone who wants to help improve things and share ideas with the team
