We are looking for a reliable, switched-on Collections Officer to join a close-knit and high-performing team within a well-established Brisbane financial services business.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, brings a positive attitude to every client interaction and thrives in a structured, results-driven environment. You will manage an active portfolio of accounts, negotiate repayment outcomes and contribute to a team that cares about doing things properly.

What you will be doing:

- Managing an active portfolio of accounts through the collections lifecycle, engaging clients via phone and written correspondence to negotiate and facilitate repayment arrangements
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and account activity while working consistently to daily and weekly performance targets
- Bringing sound judgement and a qualified, empathetic approach to every client conversation

What we are looking for:

- Experience in collections,



credit, financial services or a customer-facing role involving sensitive conversations, though we will consider strong candidates who are keen to make the move into collections
- A confident, composed and professional phone manner
- Someone reliable, focused and outcomes-oriented who takes ownership of their work and stays on task
- Full Australian working rights, Brisbane based
