The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and motivatedStore Leaders to join our HOKA teams in the Melbourne CBD!This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up and own the success of a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.
Working closely with yourArea Manager , you’ll lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building strong community relationships, and driving brand growth beyond the four walls of the store.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations to achieve sales, KPIs, visual merchandising standards, stock levels, shrinkage and wage control
- Lead by example to inspire your team and drive high-performance across all areas of the store
- Monitor performance metrics and take action to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Manage rosters and wage spend in line with business targets and GRIA compliance
- Coach and develop team members through succession planning and ongoing training
- Champion a positive store culture and maintain high levels of team morale
- Drive community activations and partnerships with sporting events and health professionals
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; legislation at all times
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as aStore Manager orAssistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- A‘Make it Happen’ attitude and love for leading from the front
- A track record of inspiring and growing high-performing teams
- Strong operational skills in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock control
- The ability to think strategically and turn challenges into opportunities
- Experience building solid cross-functional relationships
