KeyResponsibilities:
- Safely operate a front-end loader to load,transport, and handle raw materials and aggregate products.
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and regularmaintenance of the loader.
- Work closely with the crushing plant toensure materials are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and manage the stockpile areas toensure efficient operations.
- Assist with maintaining production goalsand quality control of products.
- Adhere to all safety and environmentalpolicies, including compliance with site safety procedures.
- Report defects, accidents, or safetyconcerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Proven experience as a loader operator in aquarry or similar environment.
- Significant experience in crushingoperations.
- Robust knowledge of loader operation,safety procedures, and general maintenance requirements.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environmentand meet production targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and abilityto follow instructions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to workoutdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Familiarity with other heavy machinery andequipment (e.g., excavators, dozers).
- Experience with basic mechanicaltroubleshooting and repairs.
- Knowledge of quarry regulations andenvironmental standards.
