Job Description

We are looking for a Classifier to join our growing Melbourne/Adelaide Brokerage team. Working in the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that shipments are cleared compliantly and efficiently through ABF, Biosecurity and other government agencies.

Location: Based either in Melbourne or Adelaide.

Qualifications

- Strong compliance focus
- Passion for Customs and compliance
- Willingness to build your career with a reliable and secure company
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience as Customs Classifier
- Diploma of Customs Broking (in progress or completed) would be preferable but not essential
- Full working rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities

- Receive documents and prepare customs entries
- Monitor customs clearances and communicate with customers




- Understand the elements of the Import & Export Customs SOP
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems
