Role Description

The Practice Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Newstead, QLD, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. This role includes managing appointment schedules, supervising front-of-house and support staff, and maintaining high standards of client service and satisfaction. The Practice Manager will handle administrative functions such as billing, inventory, compliance documentation, and coordination with external vendors and partners. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, supporting marketing initiatives, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and client experience. The Practice Manager collaborates closely with clinical and aesthetic practitioners to ensure seamless workflows, clear communication,



and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in practice, clinic, spa, or wellness center management, including daily operations, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team in a client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as billing, basic accounting, inventory management, and records management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service, conflict resolution, and professional presentation.
- Comfort using practice management or booking software, email, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to manage operations.
- Knowledge of or interest in aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare services and relevant regulatory or compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualification or training in business administration, practice management, health services, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Ability to work on-site in Newstead, QLD, with flexibility for peak client hours and occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed.
