About the Role:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will provide hands-on support across the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, exceptional guest experiences, and robust team development.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

- Proven management experience in a rapid-paced restaurant
- Track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus




- Strong knowledge of restaurant compliance and operational practices
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with Time & Attendance and stock management systems
- Available to work weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
- Valid RSA certificate
- Hospitality, Management, or related qualification desired but not essential
