Job Description
The group operates multiple clinics across Queensland, including locations in Townsville, Charters Towers, Hughenden, Richmond and Clermont. They provide a wide range of services with a strong focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation for both chronic and acute conditions. They are an NDIS registered provider and provide services to WorkCover, DVA, and private clients. Their services also include specialised treatments such as hydrotherapy, clinical pilates, vertigo, paediatrics, women's/men's health. The practice offers both individual and group therapy sessions, with a commitment to holistic care. Their approach is patient-centered, ensuring every client receives personalised care plans designed to meet their specific rehabilitation or fitness goals. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on therapy and other evidence‑based treatments (manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription).
- Educate patients to understand their injury or condition.
- Conduct follow‑up sessions to progress and adjust treatments to achieve the best outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated care.
- Engage in one‑on‑one sessions,
group rehabilitation classes (hydrotherapy, Pilates, strength training), and home visits as required.
- Provide specialised services such as functional capacity evaluations, workplace injury management, and post‑surgical rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records using clinic management software.
- Liaise with GPs, surgeons, case managers, and other external stakeholders to ensure cohesive care plans.
- Participate in case reviews and team meetings to share knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
- Offer explicit, compassionate communication to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and progress.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training, contributing to the clinic's knowledge base and improvement strategies.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Full / Limited AHPRA registration (supervision available).
- Relevant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, or rehabilitation is desirable.
- Experience with hydrotherapy, Pilates, or post‑operative care is a plus.
- New graduates welcome; please enquire about our Graduate Program.
- Strong diagnostic, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to conduct home visits and outreach work when needed.
