Operations Supervisor – Hazelmere, W.A
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead transport operations for our Beverages contract in Western Australia. Based in Hazelmere, you will supervise frontline transport activities, support drivers, drive operational performance and maintain the highest standards of safety, service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport operations to ensure service, safety and customer expectations are achieved.
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, load requirements and transport planning.
- Lead, coach and support drivers through regular communication, toolbox talks and operational engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, investigate service failures and implement corrective actions to drive performance improvements.
- Maintain operational records, reporting and documentation to support compliance and invoicing requirements.
- Drive a solid safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, Chain of Responsibility obligations and Toll policies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across transport operations and customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising transport, logistics or supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of transport compliance and service delivery standards.
- Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility, workplace safety requirements and transport legislation.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage teams, influence stakeholders and drive operational performance.
- Customer‑focused with strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
