Stamford Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Reservations Agent / Groups & Tours Coordinator based in Stamford Plaza Adelaide. You’ll manage individual reservations and coordinate group bookings from enquiry through to arrival, working with Sales and Front Office to ensure accuracy and a seamless guest experience.
Based in our Reservations Contact Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for room reservations and hotel enquiries across Stamford Plaza Adelaide and Stamford Grand Adelaide.
